Who is "if..."?
"if..." is a humanitarian association with clear targets of intervention in Africa.
This huge continent has uncountable problems and very often a desire to help turns out to be a laudable initiative for its intention but a failure in a practical point of view. Energy, time and funds are wasted to realize charities that are afterwards abandoned and destined to decay.
Participation with the local populations
Reason why the target of the association “if…” is the interaction with the local people. It is essential that the realized structures, whatever nature they are – from the simple well to a high-tech medical clinic – involves the local beneficiaries, that need to be turned responsible and should receive the education to finally maintain these structures operative.
